Consultant Actuary with experience across multiple areas in financial reporting, life office management, capital and risk management. He has experience across multiple jurisdictions having worked in Australia, New Zealand and Sri Lanka. Currently serves as the Chief Actuary of AIA Insurance Lanka Limited. He founded Gratuity.lk to provide Sri Lankan corporate clients with access to professional actuarial support in managing pension and gratuity liabilities. Samath is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (USA)

Business Development Consultant

Ruwani has over 7 years of experience in corporate actuarial and actuarial consulting. Prior experience at Union Assurance, Janashakthi Insurance, STAR Actuarial Academy and Spark Actuarial. She has experience in IAS 19 Gratuity Valuation and Statutory Valuation for Life Insurers. Ruwani supports the team on client management and business development.
